Film Photography

These projects are either taken with a film camera or used some of the film process. In 2019 and before the start of COVID-19 in 2020, were when these photos were taken. There were experimentations with shutter speed, aperture, and exposure length when printing.

This is a continuous double exposure. I went though the roll of film, then once it was done I took the tail back out, cut a new one and put it back through the camera so the photo wouldn't align with the first photos taken.
This photogram is based off of travel. This was produced in January and February of 2020 and had gone to London in October of 2019. I used some papers and bags to create this image.

This is the carousel at the Como Zoo and Conservatory. It is one of the oldest ones in the state, so I thought it would be important to show what a photo would look like back when it was first built.

This is a photo of tree with Christmas lights covered in snow. It was one that can only occur in winter in Minnesota and I was excited to have fresh snow for the photo.
